Lesley Ann Brandt, born 2nd December 1981 on the 2nd of December, 1981 in Cape Town South Africa is an actress and model. The appearances she has made on television films and TV shows are the most well-known works. Beginning her acting career by appearing on the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came with her subsequent role of Naevia in the historical drama series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress was featured on several television shows over the past 10 years, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. From 2016 Brandt has played the role in the role of Mazikeen in the series of urban fantasy Lucifer with Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was raised in the city of Cape Town, South African. She moved to Auckland, New Zealand with her family when she was in her late teens. Her professional career began when she was a model in print commercial ads. Prior to gaining fame as a model she worked in sales for retail and as an information technology recruitment consultant. In 2009 she was offered her debut role as Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. In 2021, she played Spartacus Blood and Sand as the slave girl Naevia. She also reprised her Naevia role in the prequel mini-series Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Co-starring with actor Craig Parker in three different TV series: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). The role she was playing first came to her in Mazikeen an evil demon that hunts for bounty in the hit Netflix show Lucifer. Her most memorable role is this one. On the show she co-stars alongside Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro and D. B. Woodside.
